Ordering samples

Clients may order a sample item. The client will be charged the value of the sample item as well as shipping and handling costs (according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije).


All sales are intended for legal entities, unless specified otherwise. We accept orders through the contact details stated on our websites. A presentation meeting can be arranged at the client’s request.

Order Confirmation

We will notify you of the estimated delivery time by e-mail no later than 24 hours after receiving your order.


Price list prices do not include printing, embroidery, engraving or special packaging. These services are subject to a separate offer, depending on the type of items, quantity, number of colors, the process involved, etc. For orders of 100 pieces or more, we can outfit the items with hang tags using your logo upon request (printing is included in the price). In this case, email us your vector logo and the desired Pantone color number. If the logo you sent is not a vector image, you will be charged additionally for the required logo vectorization. The costs of print preparation and any additional printing (screen printing, pad printing, embroidery, laser engraving, etc.) must be added to the purchasing cost of the items. Additional printing services are charged individually and depend on the printing technique used, the color palette, and the volume.

Terms of Payment

All prices are without VAT, unless otherwise stated. If the goods are not paid by pro forma invoice, the order becomes binding for the seller upon receiving a quality payment security instrument. The type and method of securing payment are decided by the seller. The ordered and delivered goods remain property of the seller until fully paid. In the event of late payment, we charge the legal interest for late payment.


We will determine the resale rebate according to the quantity of goods ordered in cooperation with all interested legal entities.


Discounts are available for preorders, bulk orders for end customers, and payment by pro forma invoice.

Delivery of Goods

The delivery time for the ordered goods is indicated separately in each offer. If additional printing has been ordered, the delivery time is extended by the time it takes to print, i.e. approximately up to ten business days. The buyer is aware that minor discrepancies in the goods shown in the catalog are permitted, either in color, dimensions or material. The seller sends the ordered goods by mail. Delivery costs are covered by the buyer according to the price list of Pošta Slovenije, unless specified otherwise in the offer.

Final Provisions

Any complaints must be lodged in writing, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods, and must be established by commission and by record. Complaints are not valid for items with print, if the print was not ordered from the seller. The catalog and price list may contain typesetting and printing errors, over which we have no influence and for which we cannot be held responsible. If there are any discrepancies in prices or technical specifications, you will be informed when placing the order.

If a particular item is sold out, the seller cannot guarantee that it will be reshipped. Pictures of items are for illustration purposes only. The buyer is aware that minor discrepancies in the color, dimensions or material of the goods are permitted.

All disputes under this contract shall be settled by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the dispute shall be settled by the District Court of Maribor.

The buyer is aware of and agrees to the general terms and conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and goods receiving.

Pictures may differ from the actual items and are intended for illustration purposes only.

Delivery of Goods

The ordered goods are delivered quickly, safely and reliably by our contract partners POŠTA SLOVENIJE and DPD. Postage is free of charge for orders over €250.00. For smaller orders, we charge a flat postage fee of €5.00 for delivery in the territory of Slovenia. For shipments to other countries, the price is indicated when you enter the country in your order. Packaging and handling are not charged separately unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If there are any problems with the delivery of your shipment or in case of shipping damage, please contact the delivery service (POŠTA SLOVENIJE or DPD). Please notify us about any problems as well. 

All items will be shipped as soon as possible. In most cases, goods in stock are guaranteed to be shipped within 2-7 business days. An exception to this are branded items and goods ordered from Asia. For these offers, we will inform you about the delivery time in our offer. If you wish to be sure of the delivery time before placing your order, contact us or submit an inquiry. You can track the status of your order in the My Account tab. If any item you have ordered is currently out of stock, we will notify you of the delivery by email or telephone. For deliveries outside Slovenia, the delivery time depends on the distance. 

Return of Goods

The buyer has the right to inform the seller within fourteen (14) days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform AGARIC d.o.o. of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may also use an informal cancellation form for this. After withdrawal from the contract, AGARIC d.o.o. shall refund the buyer all payments made. The company must refund the payments as soon as possible, however no later than fourteen (14) days after having received the notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we use the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever comes earlier.

Article 43.d paragraph 6 of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act states that if the buyer has already received the goods and decides to withdraw from the contract, he must return it to the company immediately or at the latest within 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. We do not accept shipments marked cash on delivery.

All costs related to the return of goods are borne by the buyer. The buyer must return the products undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. A copy of the receipt must also be attached. Clothing, underwear and accessories that are being returned MUST be labeled the same as they were when they were delivered, and must show NO traces of having been worn, used or damaged. The buyer does not have the right to return goods that were made to exact specification from the customer.

All concluded contracts are stored in writing at the premises of AGARIC d.o.o., Tržaška cesta 23, 2000 Maribor. The buyer may request a copy of their contract in writing.

Branding Information

Pad printing: This printing process can be used for printing on almost any substrate and shape. The design is first applied to a metal plate using a photographic process and then then transferred onto the target item using a rubber transfer pad. Substrates of different shapes can be printed using differently shaped pads. Most items can be printed in multicolor. A majority of the gift items on our website are made from synthetic materials for which this printing process is most appropriate. Ceramic items decorated with pad printing are not baked at a high temperature, therefor we cannot guarantee the durability of the print when washing them in the dishwasher. In such cases, we suggest ceramic transfer printing.

Screen printing: The design is transferred onto a mesh (screen) which has a light-sensitive upper layer. The film prevents ultra-violet light from exposing these areas of the mesh, leaving an area with an identical shape as the desired image. The item to be printed is positioned under the mesh and a print is made by transferring ink through this mesh. This printing process is suitable only for flat surfaces. Most items can be printed in multicolor. This process is especially suitable for textiles and polyester items, such as umbrellas, bags, etc.

Round screen printing: This printing process is used for printing larger surfaces of ballpoint pents. Contact us for more information.

Screen printed transfer: The design is screen printed onto a special paper, called transfer paper. The design is then transferred onto the target item using a heat transfer press machine. This process is mostly used for textiles, umbrellas, bags, etc. Though some products in our range can be printed using screen printing only in one color, we can use transfer printing to add additional colors to them. Screen printing transfer is also used for printing very fine details, and by adding an adhesive we can achieve a very high absorption of colors into the base material.

Digital transfer: The logo is digitally printed onto a special film, which can also be trimmed to a desired shape. The image is then transferred onto the item with a heat press machine. This process can be used for all types of textile products, especially for color designs and smaller series.

Digital sticker: The logo is digitally printed onto a self-adhesive film. If necessary, the label is trimmed with a machine and then glued onto the surface of the item.

Ceramic transfer printing: The logo is screen printed on transfer paper and then transferred onto the ceramic item. The item is baked in an oven at more than 700 °C. During this firing process, the ceramic pores open up and absorb the color. Once the item has cooled, the paint cannot be removed by any of the usual everyday cleaning and washing processes for ceramic products.

Embroidery: A technique where the logo is sewn directly onto the item with a thread or yarn. It can be used for caps, shirts, jackets, bags, etc. The price for embroidering depends on the number of stitches and the size of the logo. A program must be created for the first embroidery, which can then be used for all subsequent embroidering of the same logo. Though the number of colors does not impact the price, it is limited to 15 colors for one embroidery design.

Laser engraving: A branding method where the logo is burned directly onto the material. The laser beam is controlled digitally through a computer, so the engraving results are extremely precise. The color of the engraved logo depends on the substrate and on the lower layers of the engraved item. 

Embossing: The logo is pressed onto the item using a relief embossing die. This process is used predominantly on leather goods. By embossing through a special foil, we can also achieve a golden, silver or any other color embossed effect.

Doming: The logo is printed onto a sticker, then a two-component epoxy resin is applied on top of the logo to give it a domed, bubble-like appearance. The crystal clear resin protects the image underneath from scratches and makes it “pop”.

Digital printing: An inkjet printing process used for both flat and 3D-shaped items. Almost every product can be printed directly and in very high quality. The design is always printed in color, so the details are clearly visible. From simple text to high-resolution images, anything is possible.

  • The printed colors may vary due to different absorbent properties of the substrate.

  • coated scale.
  • Paint adhesion on items made from metal and chrome may not be optimal, and Agaric Promo Gifts cannot be held responsible for suboptimal results.
  • The color printing on metal items can be damaged if it comes into contact with sharp objects. This is highly likely to occur with metal key rings. In such cases, we suggest laser engraving.
  • On rough textile surfaces, we cannot guarantee that the screen printing will cover 100% of the desired surface. In such cases, we suggest using screen printing transfer.
  • Round items have a limited print area.

Send us your files in the following formats:

  • EPS, AI, CDR vector formats
  • Tiff, JPG: the minimum resolution is 600 dpi for line designs (logos, graphics, etc.) and 300 dpi for grayscale and raster designs (images)
  • PDF (highest quality) without compression

We cannot produce branding from images with a resolution of 72 dpi or less!

Upon request, AGARIC d.o.o. also offer packing and shipping in quantities beyond what is quoted on our website. This also applies to packaging in PVC bags. Any complaint must be submitted no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee whether the complaint will be verified after this deadline has passed. AGARIC d.o.o. assumes that all received graphic templates are either free of any copyrights or that the customer has arranged for these rights in an appropriate manner, and therefor accepts no liability.
